This heavy gauge spun and drawn aluminum pan has a 3-layer nonstick interior and a 2-layer nonstick exterior to protect against sticking and burning. The Create-A-Crepe Kit contains a crepe pan, spatula, ladle, six recipe cards, and crepe mix. Everything is included to make great crepes except the water- a great gift idea!
